Characteristics of School Administrators Affecting Participatory Management of the Educational Institution Network Affiliated with the Nan Provincial Learning Promotion Office

The objectives of this research article were: 1.to study the level of characteristics of school administrators, 2.to study the level of participatory management of network partners, and 3.to study the school administrator characteristics, affecting the participatory management of school network partners. It was quantitative research. A total of 165 people were recruited, using the method of calculating the sample size, according to the ready-made table of Crazy Morgan and simple randomization. The tools used in the research included a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire; and the statistical instruments used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1.the overall characteristics of school administrators were at the highest level, in descending order, including morality, ethics, communication and technology, leadership, academic knowledge, and vision, respectively. 2.Their participatory management was at a high level: descendently, participation in decisions, operations, monitoring, evaluation, benefit reception, and responsibilities, respectively. 3.The school administrator characteristics, affecting the participatory management of the school network partners affiliated with the Nan Provincial Office for Learning Promotion Statistically significant at the .01 level, were morality and ethics, communication and use of technology, leadership, and academic knowledge.
