Quality of Working Life Affecting the Engagement of Production Employees at ABC Company in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate

The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the quality level of working life of employees' commitment of ABC Company in the Eastern Seaboard, 2) to study the level of employees' commitment to the organization employees' commitment of ABC Company in the Eastern Seaboard, 3) to compare the employees' commitment of ABC Company in the Eastern Seaboard by the personal information classification and 4) to study the quality of working life affecting the employees' commitment of ABC Company in the Eastern Seaboard. This research used a quantitative approach. A sample group of 250 employees was done by a questionnaire as a research tool. Statistical instruments in data analysis included percentages, averages, and hypothesis testing, such as t-tests (one-way ANOVA), and multiple regression Analyses.
The research findings revealed the following. 1) The overall quality of working life was at a significant level. 2) The overall commitment to the organization was high. 3) The difference in personal information regarding monthly income affected engagement with the organization commitment of the production staff of ABC Company in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate. The difference in gender, age, educational level, status, job position, and period of work did not affect the organizational commitment of the production staff of ABC Company in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate. 4) The quality of working life and the balance between work and working life were beneficial and relevant to society, In terms of safe and health-promoting working conditions, an opportunity to develop personnel's abilities, progress, and stability in work, social integration or working together, and democracy in organizations significantly influenced employees' organizational commitment off the production staff of ABC Company in the Eastern Seaboard.
