Viewpoints from National Water Resources Office Staff towards Organization Management through McKinsey’s 7S Framework

The purposes of this study were: (1) to investigate viewpoint of the National Water Resources on organizational management through the McKinsey 7-S Framework (2) to compare staff’s viewpoint on organizational management based on personal factors, and (3) to compare staff’s viewpoint on organizational management based on work related factors. The study utilized a quantitative method. Data were collected from 220 employees at the Office of the National Water Resources. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Fisher’s Least Significance Difference: LSD, at the 0.05 statistically level of significance.
The results showed the officers agreed that Office of the National Water Resources, based on McKinsey’s 7-S Framework for organizational Management, was at the good level. Moreover, the result revealed that the sample with different age, work position, job title, rank, and work group had no different viewpoints of organizational management through McKinsey’s 7-S Framework, while the sample with different gender, education, and work experiences had different viewpoints of organizational management through McKinsey’s 7-S Framework
