Factor Analysis of Teacher Innovator Characteristics at the School under the Provincial Administrative Organization in the Northern Area

The research purposes were to study and analyze the factors of teacher innovator characteristics at the schools under the Provincial Administration Organization in the Northern Area. This research was a quantitative research. The key informants included administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, a total of 1,126 people; the research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical devices employed for data analysis were percentage, and factor analysis.
The results showed that the factors of teacher innovator characteristics at the schools under the Provincial Administration Organization in the Northern Area consisted of 5 principal components: (1) teacher innovator personality such as confident in yourself, observation skill and innovator; (2) vision and leader of change, such as vision, planning leader, and self-management; (3) thinking skill and knowledge coherent with integration such as creative, problem solving and flexible thinking; (4) operating competency such as flexible working, patient and communication skill; and (5) data innovation and information technology usage skill, such as data and information accessibility and evaluation
