Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the level of innovative leadership of the administrators at the District Learning Promotion Center; 2) to study the level of management quality at the District Learning Promotion Center; 3) to study the relationship between innovative leadership Innovation of the administrators at the District Learning Promotion Center and the quality of management of the District Learning Promotion Center; and 4)to create a forecasting scenario for innovative leadership of the District Learning Center administrators, affecting the quality of management. The sample group used in this research included 254 teachers from the District Learning Promotion Center under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Learning Promotion Office Chao Phraya Pa Sak Group The research instrument was a questionnaire Statistics used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

           The results of the study showed that 1) innovative leadership of the district learning center administrators, overall, was at the highest level; 2) management quality at the District Learning Promotion Center, overall, was at the highest level; 3) the innovative leadership of the District Learning Center administrators was related to the management quality at the center. The correlation coefficient was between .696 - .824 with statistical significance at the .01 level; and 4) innovative leadership of the executives had creative and innovative thinking skills. Risk management in terms of a vision for change was able to explain the variance or predict the quality of the District Learning Center at 81.50%, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
