A Study of the Effectiveness of Implementing the Work from Home policy during the Outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID - 19) at the Government Agencies in Bangna District, Bangkok Province

The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the level of effectiveness of the Work from Home policy implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic at the government offices in the Bangna district; 2) to compare personal factors with the effectiveness of the Work from Home policy; and 3) to study the relationship between good service and the effectiveness of the Work from Home policy Implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was quantitative research, utilizing a questionnaire as the research tool. The statistical techniques used were mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance, and correlation coefficient. The study found that: 1) the overall effectiveness of the Work from Home policy Implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic at the government offices in the Bangna district was at a high level; 2) the differences in personal factors, different genders and ages, affected the effectiveness of the Work from Home policy at statistical significant level of.00, aligning with the established hypotheses; 3) the relationship between good service and the effectiveness of the Work from Home policy implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic in Bangna district was statistically correlated at the 0.05 level of significances, aligning with the establish hypotheses
