The Relationship between the Role of School Administrators and the Students’ Desired Characteristics Development at the Phrapariyattidhamma School in the Educational Area, Department of General Education Area 5, Chiang Mai Province

This research aimed to study 1) the Role of School Administrators, 2) the Students’ Desired Characteristics Development and 3) The Relationship between the Role of School Administrators and the Students’ Desired Characteristics Development at the Phrapariyattidhamma School in the Educational Area, Department of General Education Area 5 , Chiang Mai Province. Quantitative Research. A research sample consisted of the school administrators, deputy school administrator and teachers at the academic year 2021, from 28 schools. The sample size was 175 photos/persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis used frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation.
The results of the research showed that 1) the overall level of the Role of School Administrators was high, with an average of mean = 4.32 and standard deviation = 0.78 2) the overall level of the Students’ Desired Characteristics Development was high, with an average of mean = 4.20 and standard deviation = 0.78 and 3) there was a significant positive correlation between the Role of School Administrators and the Students’ Desired Characteristics Development at the Phrapariyattidhamma School in the Educational Area, Department of General Education Area 5 , Chiang Mai Province. was highest positive with statistic significant (r= 0.9812 , P<0.01).
