Abstract

          This research aimed to study: 1) the Leadership level of the School Administrators in the 21st Century 2) Teacher Motivation in Performance and 3) Leadership of the School Administrators in the 21st Century Affecting Teacher Motivation in Performance at the Phrapariyattham School under the Jurisdiction of the Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Service Area Office of General Education Department, Area 5, Chiang Mai Province. The sample size included teachers of 162 monks/persons. The research tool was a questionnaire about the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century, affecting teachers' motivation to work, and a questionnaire about the teachers' motivation for their performance. The reliability of the entire questionnaire was 0.97.  The statistical instruments used in the data analysis were percentages, means, standard deviations, and stepwise multiple regression method.

           The results of the research showed that 1) the leadership of the administrators was at a high level overall (mean = 4.44, SD = 0.233) 2) the motivation for teachers' performance was at a high level overall (mean = 4.29, SD = 0.175) ; and 3) Leadership of the School Administrators in the 21st Century Affecting Teacher Motivation in Performance at the Phrapariyattham School under the Jurisdiction of the Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Service Area Office of General Education Department, Area 5, Chiang Mai Province. in overall ( ). Its statistical significance was at 0.05 level. The correlation coefficient was equal to 0.255. Effectiveness in the prediction was 5.3 %; and the standard deviation of the prediction was 0.170. An equation regression analysis was written in the following.
