Relationship between Strategic Management and Teachers’ Role in Promoting Morality and Ethics at the Fundamental Education Institutions in Mae Ai District, under the Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3

This research aimed to study 1) the strategic management of the administrators, 2) the role of teachers in promoting morality and ethics, and 3) the relationship between the strategic management and the teachers’ role in promoting morality and ethics at the fundamental education institutions in, Mae Ai district, under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3. A research sample consisted of 286 school administrators and teachers, by using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire of executives' strategic management and the role of teachers in promoting morality and ethics. Statistical instruments used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation
The results of the research showed that 1) the overall level of the strategic management of the educational institution administrators was highest, with an average of mean = 4.55 and standard deviation = 0.452 2) the overall level of the role of teachers in promoting morality and ethic was high, with an average of mean = 4.24 and standard deviation = 0.416 and 3) there was a significant positive correlation between the strategic management of the educational institution administrators and the role of teachers in promoting morality and ethic at the fundamental education institutions in, Mae Ai district, under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3 was high positive with statistic significant (r= 0.787 , p<0.01).
