Abstract

          This research article aimed to study 1)the level of factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration at the elementary schools, 2)the level of effectiveness in academic administration, and 3) factors affecting effectiveness in academic administration of the elementary schools under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area District Office 2.The sample groups in this research were school administrators and academic teachers of elementary school. The samples were 274 students under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 by simple random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The 5-level valuation scale consisted of the factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration and effectiveness of academic administration, the reliability was 0.978 and 0.864, respectively. The statistics used in data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the multiple regressions analysis by Stepwise method.

           The results of the research showed that 1) the factors affecting the overall effectiveness of the academic administration of primary schools were at the highest level with an average of 4.73 2) the effectiveness of the overall academic administration of primary schools was at the highest level with an average of 4.78 and 3) the factors affect educational media and technology (X6), budget (X4), administrators (X1), buildings (X5), and teachers (X2) were the effectiveness of academic administration. As shown in the picture, total ( ) with statistical significance at the 0.05 level had a prediction efficiency of 75.5 percent, written as a regression analysis equation below.
