The Relationship between Participation of School Committees In the Administration at the Phrapariyattham School under the Jurisdiction of the Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Service Area Office of General Education Department, Area 5, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

          This research article was to study: 1) the level of participation of the Basic Education Commission in the administration at Phrapariyattidhamma School; 2)the level of administration academic administration, budget management, human resource management, general management at Phrapariyattidhamma School; and 3) the relationship between the participation of the Basic Education Commission in the administration of Phra Pariyattham School under the Jurisdiction of the Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Service Area Office of General Education Department, Area 5, Chiang Mai Province. It was quantitative research with a sample from the basic educational institution committee at the Phrapariyattitham School, a total of 159 figures/person, obtained by the stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-level evaluation scale consisting of the participation of the Basic Education Commission in the administration roles and responsibilities for four areas:, namely academic administration, budget, personnel, and general administration. The confidence values were equal to 0.95 and 0.93, respectively. Statistical tools used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.

           The research results showed: 1) the overall participation of the Basic Education Commission was at a high level; 2) the administration academic, budget, human resource, general administration, overall it was at a high level; and 3) the relationship between the participation of the Basic Education Commission in the administration the budget management human resource management general management at the Phrapariyattidhamma School under the Jurisdiction of the Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Service Area Office of General Education Department, Area 5, Chiang Mai Province. Overall, there was a high level of relationship between them with the statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
