Abstract

          The objectives of this research aimed to study 1) the level of factors relating to the effectiveness, 2) the effectiveness level of educational institutions, and 3) the factors affecting the effectiveness. The research sample consisted of 175 administrators and teachers in the 2021 academic year of educational institutions in Phrapariyattitham Educational Service Area, General Education, Area 5, Chiang Mai Province. The questionnaire about factors affecting the effectiveness of educational institutions was used as the research tool. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression were the statistics for data analysis.

            The results of the research indicated that 1) overall level of factors related to the effectiveness of Phrapariyattitham educational institutions was high (mean = 3.93 and standard deviation = 0.79) 2) overall average effectiveness level of Phrapariyattitham educational institutions was high (mean = 4.03 and standard deviation = 0.66); and 3) the Motivation (X3) and academic administration (X2) affected the effectiveness of educational institutions in Phrapariyattitham Educational Service Area, General Education, Area 5, Chiang Mai Province in overall () with .01 statistical significance, 0.913 multiple correlation coefficient, 83.1 percent prediction efficiency and 0.249 standard error of prediction. It can be regression analysis equation as follow.

  =  0.702 + 0.412 X3 + 0.428 X2
