Abstract

          This research aimed to study: 1) the administrative role of the Phrapariyattham school administrators; 2) the teacher performance  in the system for caring  and supporting of the novice students at Phrapariyattidhamma school; and 3) the relationship between the administrative roles of the administrators and teacher performance  in the system for caring  and supporting of the novice students at Phrapariyattham school under the jurisdiction of the Educational Service Area Office Phra Pariyatthamma, General Education Department, Area 5, Chiang Mai province. The sample size used in this study consisted of administrators, teachers, and personnel under the Phrapariyattham Educational Service Area Office. General Education Department, Area 5, Chiang Mai province, academic year 2021, 28 schools, 175 photos/person. A tool used in this research was a questionnaire with 5-level rating scale, The statistical instrumentals used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation.

           The results showed the followings: 1) the administrative role of the Phrapariyattham school administrators was at high level (mean = 4.45, standard deviation = 0.65); 2) the teacher performance in the system of caring for and supporting of the novice students at Phrapariyattidhamma school was at high level (mean = 4.43, standard deviation = 0.68); and 3) the relationship between the administrative role of administrators and the teacher performance in the system for caring and supporting of the novice students at Phrapariyattham school under the jurisdiction of the Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Service Area Office, General Education Department, Area 5, Chiang Mai province was high positive with statistic significant (r= 0.996 , p<0.01).
