Guidelines for Digital Competence Development of the Secondary School Teachers in Bangkok

The purpose of this academic paper is to study management guidelines for developing digital competence of the secondary school teachers. This is a qualitative study by searching for information from the relevant academic and research articles. The relevant information was analyzed, interpreted and summarized with the objectives. As a result, there were four main components for the secondary school teachers’ digital competence, such as digital understanding, digital using, digital creating, and digital access. The guidelines for developing digital competence of the secondary teachers can be done by many processes as follows, join in the training program, seminar, internal supervision, classroom research, assigning tasks and learning from actual practice.
