Human Capital Management and Teamwork Efficiency

Abstract

          This academic paper intended to present the meaning and importance of human capital, human capital management, and teamwork efficiency by searching for information from academic articles and research concerns. Data analyses by summarizing and interpreting relevant documents and research were concerned and presented according to the objectives. The result showed that human capital was referred to the knowledge, skills, innovation and capabilities of the people in the organization. It carried economic value and produced increased economic productivity; and human capital management was an important strategy that relates to teamwork efficiency.
