Abstract

          This research article aims to (1) study the human resource management efficiency level of Industrial factories in Chonburi Province, and (2) compare the efficiency of the human resource management of Industrial factories in Chonburi Province, classified by factory characteristics. The sample used in the research consisted of factory owners or industrial factories managers, totally 359 people. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistical tools used in the research were: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA), and paired test by LSD method.

           The results of the research revealed that (1) the overall efficiency of the human resource management was at a high level. With consideration of each aspect, it was found that the level of management efficiency was at a high level in all aspects, and the aspect with the highest average was quality. (2) Industrial factories in Chonburi Province with different numbers of employees had the same human resource management efficiency. For the factories in various industrial types business period and registered capital, there were different human resource performances, statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
