Abstract

          This research aimed to study factors influencing the work efficiency of the personnel at the beverage manufacturing company in Pathum Thani province. By a means of stratified random sampling, there were 260 people from the company. Questionnaire was used as data collection tool. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis to study the relationship between the selected factors and the work efficiency of the workers.

           The results indicated that most of the respondents had a high opinion level towards motivation, organization climate and work efficiency factors by extremely level. The motivation factor had the highest mean score, followed by the work efficiency factor and the organizational climate factor, respectively. The hypothesis testing revealed that the motivation and organization climate factors had impacts on the work efficiency of the beverage manufacturing company authority’s personnel in Pathum Thani province. The motivational factors, significantly affecting the work efficiency of personnel in a beverage manufacturing company in Pathum Thani province, were 2 factors: the success in work and the nature of work. Also, the organizational climate factor, significantly affecting the work efficiency of personnel in a beverage manufacturing company in Pathum Thani province, were the conflict acceptance. Obtained results can be used as a guideline for developing and improving the human resource management system.
