The Relationship between School Administrator Roles and Effectiveness at Catholic Schools under the Nakhon Sawan Diocese

This research article aimed to study the level of school administrators’ roles and their effectiveness, and their relationship between their roles and at the catholic schools under the Diocese of Nakhon Sawan. The sample group consisted of 28 school administrators, and 220 teachers, totally 248 people. The research tool was questionnaires. The statistical instruments used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation.
The research results showed that the level of school administrators' roles and the overall effectiveness level were at the highest. There was a relationship between them with a statistically significant positive correlation at the .01 level. Also, the correlation was between moderate to high (.405**-8.33**) and the relationship between school administrator roles and school effectiveness was high (.816**).
