The Good Governance for School Administration under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the good governance for school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization, and 2) to compare the good governance for school administrations classified by positions and work experiences. It was a survey research. The population consisted of school administrators. teachers and educational personnel, totally 2,080 people. The sample size of 328 people was determined by Craigie and Morgan's table. A sampling method was used. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistical instruments used for analyze of data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Scheffe's pairwise.
As results, 1) The good governance for school administrations overall was at a high level; the highest average values were value principle, participation and transparency. 2) The results of comparison of the good governance among the school administrations were the following. 2.1) Classified by positions, there were differences overall and in each aspect. It was the rule of law. (2) Classified by experiences there were no differences overall. When each aspect was considered, there were differences in the value-for-money.
When the pairs of individual opinions and years of experiences were tested, there were differences between persons with 1-10 years and 11 ones, at statistically significant levels of .05.
