Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the current and desired state of administration process of the Moral School to Administrators under the education fund project, and 2) propose administration process development of the Moral School to administrators under the education fund. The sample of this research, consisted of at the school under this project, totally 358, selected by multi-stage random sampling. The research instruments used for collecting data were: a dual-response in a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with discrimination power between 0.27-0.69 and reliability value at 0.96, and a semi-structured interview with 11 experts. Statistical tools in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Need Index (PNImodified)

           The findings were as follows:

  1. The current desired state of administration process of the Moral School to Administrators under the education fund project was at a high level.
  2. The needs assessment and proposal of the administration process development of the Moral School to administrators under the education fund project were categorized according to the priority needs as follow: 1) The school moral development planning includes: 1.1) the awareness and acceptance, and 1.2) development of teacher leaders and student leaders 2) The supervision on the implementation of the plane includes: 2.1) knowledge sharing, and 2.2) the internal and external supervision 3) Performance evaluation includes: 3.1) knowledge management/innovation development moral and ethics, and 3.2) student are good attitude. 4) The implementation process of strategic plans are: 4.1) school climate, and 4.2) network building and participatory.
