The population sample used in the research was: three school administrators, three full-time program instructors, three study supervisors, four teachers, and seventeen students. The research tools were questionnaires, group interviews, questionnaires, and teaching supervision records. Statistical tools used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The research findings were as followings: 1. Overall the appropriateness of the BRAIN DOING model was at a high level. The overall possibility of this supervisory model was at a high level. The success factor of the model use was that teachers did not understand the process of supervision within educational institutions. A meeting about supervision within the educational institutions had to be scheduled first for systematic learning management process and a positive effect on teachers and students in organizing learning activities. The satisfaction of students for the internal supervisory model was higher than before. Its statistical significance was at the .05 level.
