Abstract

          This research aimed to study: 1) the result based management of Administration Schools under Chiangrai Municipality  2) the effectiveness of Administration Schools under Chiangrai Municipality and 3) the relationship between the result based management and the effectiveness of administration schools under Chiangrai Municipality. The sample consisted of 181 administrators and teachers under Chiangrai Municipality Schools. Questionnaire with five rating scales was employed as the research instrument. The reliability of based management and the effectiveness of administration is 0.915 , 0.923 and 0.959 respectively. The data then were analyzed by percentage (%) mean (x), standard deviation (S.D.) and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

           The results showed that 1) the result based management of Administration Schools under Chiangrai Municipality was at high level ( x= 4.29 SD = 0.27 ; 2) the effectiveness of Administration Schools under Chiangrai Municipality was at high level ( x= 4.23 SD = 0.24); and 3) the relationship between the result based management and the effectiveness of administration schools under Chiangrai Municipality had positive relationship at a high level with the statistical significance of .01.
