Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to assess a curriculum and to suggest an improvement for the Master of Education in Education Administration (curriculum revised in the year 2019). The population used in the research, consisted of 67 graduated students, 32 supervisors of the Master's degree, and 11 program instructors and instructors. Research instrument was questionnaires. The statistical tools used for data analysis, included the average, standard deviation and content analysis.

           The results of the research showed that in the overall assessment of the Master of Education in Educational Administration (curriculum revised in 2019), all 4 aspects were at the highest level. In descending order, they were the context, input, process and productivity. The recommendations are as follows: provision of academic documents, and textbooks for each subject. Extracurricular activities for the 21st school administrators’ skills and time-length increase of professional trainings.
