Being a Modern Organizations of Local Administrative Organizations In Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

           The research purposes were: (1) to study the levels of being the modern organizations of the local administrative organizations in Nakhon Ratchasima Province; (2) to analyze the factors affecting the local administrative organizations as being the modern organizations in Nakhon Ratchasima Province; and (3) to present the guidelines for being the modern organizations of the local administrative organizations in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This was the survey research. The population consisted of the executives, members of local councils, civil servants and personnel of local government organizations in Nakhon Ratchasima Province; the sample group had 363 persons. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The statistical tools for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and F-test.

           The research findings were: (1) the levels of being the modern organizations were at high level; (2) the factors of the executive leadership, organizational performance, participation of those involved, and the political and environmental conditions had the positive relationship affecting the modern organization; and (3) the guidelines for being the modern organizations consisted of the executives with goals and visions in their work; there are the innovations to develop knowledge and techniques for management, encourage all sectors to participate in the integrated way of proposing new ideas or innovations, skills in using the modern technology and values that are beneficial to organizational development and in line with changes.
