Creative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting to Core Competency of Teachers at the School Under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

This research aimed to study 1) creative leadership of school administrators, 2) core competency of teachers at the schools, and 3) creative leadership of the school administrators affecting the core competency of teachers at the schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample size of 328 people consisted of administrators and teachers under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The questionnaire included the level of creative leadership of school administrators and core competency of teachers at the schools with the reliability is 0.979, 0.984 and 0.988 respectively. The statistics used in data analysis was percentage (%) mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), and multiple regressions of Stepwise regression method.
The results showed that 1) Creative Leadership of School Administrators Under the Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, as a whole and an individual, were at high level (mean 4.52 SD 0.49) 2) Core Competency of Teachers in School Under the Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, as a whole and an individual, were at high level (mean 4.63 SD 0.40) and 3) Creative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting to Core Competency of Teachers in School Under the Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were Imagination (X1) , flexibility (X2) , and vision (X3). All factors have affected to Core Competency of Teachers in School Under the Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in overall (Ytot). Its statistical significance was at .05 level. The correlation coefficient is equal to 0.704 Effectiveness in the prediction was 49.6 percent and the standard deviation of the prediction was 0.26. Which can be written as the following equation regression analysis.
