Abstract

     The research objectives were: 1.to study the operational conditions of the quality assurance process within the educational institution with participations in the Noppakao Suksa Group Network, and 2.to design the quality assurance process within educational institutions with participation in the Noppakao Suksa Group network, Uttaradit Province. The target group  consisted of school administrators and teachers in the Noppakao Suksa Group Network, of  from seven institutions schools, namely Ban Lao Pasa School, Khun Fang School, Wangdin School, Wat Wangyang School, Unity School, Ban Den Dan School, and Na Noi Wittaya School a total of 74 people, including teachers, school administrators, supervisors, and teachers, totally 9 people by choosing a specific method. The research tools were the operating condition questionnaire and the interview form for the quality assurance processes within the educational institutions with participation in the Noppakao Suksa Group Network, Uttaradit Province. The statistical tools were content analysis, mean, and standard deviation.

           The results showed that the operating conditions of the quality assurance process within the educational institutions with participations in the Noppakao Suksa Group Network, Uttaradit Province were in the action at a low level. The participative process consisted of 4 aspects: planning, decision making, operation, and evaluation.
