Abstract

     The objectives of this research were: 1. to study the problem of the learning resource management for early childhood in the Benjasamakkhi school network under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 2. to study the guidelines for the learning resource management to promote learning of the preschool children in the Benjasamakkhi school network under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.The sample group consisted of 13 school administrators, 29 primary school teachers, 4 primary school teachers, 1study supervisor, and 2 scholars of early childhood education. There were 35 people, totally. It was a specific sample group. The research instruments were a questionnaire on problems and needs in the learning resource management to promote early childhood learning, and an interview for the learning resource management to promote learning in early childhood.  The content analysis was used for data. Also, the means and standard deviation were used for the statistical analysis.

           The results showed that the problems and the needs for the management of early childhood learning resources in the Benjasamakkhi School network under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2were at a high level. The guidelines for the management of early childhood learning resources in the Benjasamakkhi School network under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted of 4 issues as follows: 1. Plan (P), 2. Do (D), 3. Check (C), and 4. Act (A).
