Research and Behavior Development Approach to Exploration and Exploitation: Enhancing the Vocational Teachers’ Profession and Life Quality

The objective of this review article was to deal with research and behavior development approach to exploration and exploitation enhancing voacational teachers’profession and life quality. Based on the Interactionism Model as a concept framework, the related literature was reviewed, analyzed, and synthesized. The findings revealed three groups of variables related to vocational teachers’ exploration and exploitation four social situational factors, three psychological traits, and two psychological states. In addition, the article suggested definitions and the relationship trends between the three variables and the behaviors, research framework, and an approach to develop the exploration and exploitation to enhance teacher profession and quality of life of vocational teachers.
