Network Administration Guidelines of Training and Vocational Development Center for Thai People in the Uttaradit Border Area

Abstract

          This research aims: to study the problem of network administration of the Training and Vocational Development Center for Thai people in the Uttaradit border area; and to study the network administration guidelines of the Training and Vocational Development Center for Thai people at the Uttaradit border. The population used in the research covered 120 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the problems of the network administration of the Training and Vocational Development Center for Thai people in the Uttaradit border area by studying 4aspects as follows: 1)planning 2)organization
3) commanding 4) coordination. The statistical tools used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

           The results showed as below.

1. The problem of the network administration of the Vocational Training and Development Center for Thai people in the Uttaradit border area, as a whole, was at a high level. With consideration of each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The averages were sorted consecutively: coordination, organizational arrangement, and planning.
2. The network administration guidelines of the training and vocational development center for Thai people in the Uttaradit border area follow. In terms of planning, it is the matter that the committee is appointed to prepare the annual action plan together. The organizational aspect is the matter of joining as a committee of networked educational institutions. In terms of commanding, it is the matter of the supervisor who explains to the operators or subordinates to understand problem conditions, policies and guidelines clearly. Coordination is the matter of a committee consisting of representatives at various levels; and there are regular meetings for agreements with the board of directors.
