Behavior and Satisfactions on Viewing the Royal Thai Army Radio and Television of the Audience in Bangkok

This research article aims: to study behaviors and satisfactions on viewing the Royal Thai Army Radio and Television of the audience in Bangkok; to study a relationship between personal factors and satisfactions on viewing Royal Thai Army Radio and Television of the audience in Bangkok; and to study a relationship between behavior on viewing and satisfaction on Royal Thai Army Radio and Television of the audience in Bangkok. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The sample consisted of 400 people. The statistics tools were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA). The LSD method was used for the pair comparison and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The results of the research showed that the viewers watched 1-2 days a week of the Royal Thai Army Radio and Television Station. They spent one hour or less each time on the retrospective over Internet. Viewing behavior was at a moderate level; types of programs were viewed at a low level. Also, the hypothesis testing results showed that the different demographic factors of the audience and their viewing behavior of the different viewing channels had a relationship with their satisfactions on the Royal Thai Army Radio and Television in Bangkok.
