Abstract

     This research article aimed to study opinions of employees of Chokthavorn Plastics Limited Partnership, affecting the work motivation. The population used as employees in Chokthavon Plastics Limited Partnership amounted to 95 people by using questionnaires as a data analysis tool. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics consisting of frequency, percentage and standard deviation.

     The study found that the incentive for performance of employees at Chokthavorn Plastics Limited Partnership overall with the average of 3.66 was at a high level. With consideration each side it was found that the support factor had an average of 3.71, followed by an average of 3.64

     Incentives overall with the average of 3.64 was at a high level. With consideration of each aspect, it was found that the success in the work of the person had the mean of 3.78 the most; the nature of the work performed with the mean 3.74; the responsibility of the mean 3.73; the career advancement with an average of 3.54; and  the respectfulness with the least at 3.43.

     Support factor overall with the average of 3.71 was at a high level. With consideration of each aspect, it was found that the working conditions and stability were the mean of 4.10; the relationships with colleagues with an average of 3.80; the policy and administration with a mean of 3.60. And the salary and compensation has the lowest average of 3.33.

     With suggestions from the study, administrators should give rewards, build respects, and merit the employees with compensation and benefits.
