Abstract

     The aims of this research were: 1) to study levels of resilience, work passion, transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior of employees in a packaging industry company; and 2) to study influence of resilience, work passion, and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in a packaging industry company. The sample consisted of 254 employees in a packaging industry company.  The questionnaires were used to collect data of resilience, work passion, transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis with stepwise methods.

     The results of this research revealed that: 1) levels of resilience, work passion, transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior of employees in a packaging industry company were at high level; and 2) resilience in terms of hardiness, work passion in terms of intent to stay, work passion intent to endorse, work passion intent to perform, and transformational leadership in terms of idealized influence could jointly predict organizational citizenship behavior of employees in a packaging industry company up to 78.4 percent (R2adj = .784) at the .001 statistical significant level.
