Adaptation of a Professional Leader in New Normal Era

The world is currently changing in many different dimensions, such as by epidemic, war, financial crisis, etc. They have greatly affected the security of all private and public organizations their leaders and their employees. With all these reasons, the writers had concluded the definition of a leader was the most important factor for an organization to adapt to the current situation, strengthen the defense for any backlashes, adapt to the problems by using management skills and knowledge, and be a professional leader in the New Normal era. The key is to solve the problems effectively; a leader must use the management skills during the crisis: analyzing the situation to ensure the organizational security; providing technology, visions, and training for employees for the organizational improvement; and using the 21st century skills for the goal accomplishment of the organization. The objectives of this academic article are: 1) to study and improve leadership skills and the principles of organization management; and 2) to help a leader capable of managing the organization professionally and timely with current situations.
