The Aptitude Development of the New Generation Personnel at a Local Level in Thailand

This academic article presents the aptitude development of Thai personnel at a local level. Recently, there have been obstacles and barriers to the human resource development: management attitude and inefficient training procedures. Analyses of the personnel’s strengths and weaknesses should be used for development identification. Another significant issue is the persons’self assessment. Indeed, some people are unlikely for improvements and developments because they believe that the improvements would create more workloads, rather than promotion and better life quality. Consequently, the organization must educate employees about the awareness of the importance of personnel development. The rising number of potential personnel helps the local economy thrive and drive the nation in the future a reason for my interest. The research focuses on creating guidelines for developing the aptitude of local personnel and building the capacity of human resources.
