Lessons Learn from the Case Study of Employees’ Negative Behavior in a Work Organization

This academic article Objective is important in the detailed content used in teaching and learning. to study why negative attitudes of discord organizations arise. Dissolving employee behavior negatively affects the organization by valuing colleagues over organizational interests. It is a study from research, both in the qualitative part. and the quantity related to human resource management Thus, it creates a new perspective on the root cause in the workplace through the integration of theories. It is empirical data from case studies, research and some from observations of employees with negative attitudes in order to understand the cause in comparative case studies analyses in different literature were used to examine the cultural dimensions of the organization. The behavior of employees which may be a direct result of the cultural influence in the organization and the culture of society there. The general context of the case studies led to the root cause in the workplace mainly in the form of boredom bias. personal behavior and sectarianism transferred into the day-to-day practice of the organization. This paper offers a practical perspective for feasible interventions to make the workplace more human and suitable for all to deal with such a complex phenomenon, and originality/value. This article is this article beneficial to the working organization employees and the use of psychology surveys in the organization.
