Abstract

In this study, 412 valid questionnaires were collected from teachers in private colleges and universities in Guizhou, and the results showed that job satisfaction was significantly positively related to the job performance of private college teachers; job performance was significantly negatively associated with the tendency of private college teachers to leave; job satisfaction was significantly negatively related to the trend of private college teachers to leave; job performance played a mediating effect in the relationship between job satisfaction and the tendency of private college teachers to leave. Job performance plays a mediating role in the relationship between job satisfaction and teachers' propensity to leave in private colleges and universities. Through data analysis, it is found that the job satisfaction of teachers in private colleges and universities is not high, resulting in a decrease in teacher performance, which will eventually lead to an increase in teachers' tendency to leave.
