Phase 2: creation and examination of the appropriateness of the Leadership Development program in the Digital Era, the informants 7 experts through discussion. Phase 3: evaluating the feasibility and usefulness. The informants consisted of 15 school administrators, who had taken in using the program. The population consisted of <span lang="TH">2,027</span> teachers from <span lang="TH">212</span> schools. The research instrument was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire. To investigate the management of citizen complaints at the Center for Justice Administration. 2. To compare the management level of citizen complaints at the Center for Justice Administration categorized by individual characteristics. 3. To propose improvements in the management of complaint handling at the Center for Justice Administration in Na klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The study utilizes both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The sample group consists of 138 individuals from the local community who utilized services at the Center for Justice Administration in the year 2023 (corresponding to 2566 in the Thai calendar). Data collection involved surveys and interviews. The content validity of the data ranged from 0.67 to 1.00 with a reliability of .808. Data analysis employed statistical methods such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.</p> <p class="175">The research findings are as follows 1. Overall, the management level of citizen complaints at the Center for Justice Administration was found to be high, 2. When comparing the management of citizen complaints at the Center for Justice Administration across different personal characteristics. There was no significant difference in opinions between respondents of different genders and ages. However, respondents with different levels of education and occupations significantly differed in their opinions regarding the management of citizen complaints at the Center for Justice Administration at a significance level of .01, 3. This is applied research. The target group for the study consisted of 44 Grade 9 students from Class 4, selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included: 1) a learning management plan, 2) a creative thinking product evaluation form, and 3) a satisfaction evaluation form, with the quality of the instruments being assessed by reliability. The statistical methods used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p class="175"><strong>Results:</strong></p> <p class="175">1. The development of creative thinking skills using Augmented Reality (AR) technology showed that the overall improvement in students' creative thinking skills was not less than 80%.</p> <p class="175">2. Students' satisfaction with learning management using Augmented Reality (AR) technology was at the highest level overall. The state of stress in society from external environment consisting of something that is the impact of external and internal conditions i.e. mind and behavior. The problems caused by stress are divided into four parts: 1) the physical stress, that is, a stress affects the body such as nerves, cardiovascular, stomach etc. 2) Emotional stress such as anxiety, depression, anger, aggression, insomnia, etc. 3) mental stress such as negative thinking, imagining, short-tempered and so on.
