The sample group was teachers in Nonthaburi Province Under the supervision of the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2020, the number of 217 students was stratified randomly by school size. The research tool was a questionnaire. A 5-level approximation with the entire IOC accuracy of 0.67-1.00, and the alpha coefficient accuracy of 0.90. Analyzed the data by distributing frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient.The results of the research showed that 1) The school administration In Nonthaburi Province Under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area Nonthaburi is very high (mean=4.18, SD=0.28), Personnel management (mean=4.22, SD=0.37), followed by general management (mean=4.19, SD=0.36), academic administration ( 4.18, SD=0.33), and budget management (mean=4.14, SD=0.39) 2).
