The samples consisted of 232 personnel in educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Roi Et province, selected by simple random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with a rating scale of 5 levels. The consistency index of each item was 0.8 - 1.00 and the confidence in strategic leadership of school administrators was 0.954. The reliability was 0.830. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research revealed that 1) strategic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Roi Et province in overall was at a high level. 2) The effectiveness of schools under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Roi Et province in overall was at the high level and 3) the strategic leadership of school administrators could predict the effectiveness of the schools under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Roi Et province consisted of the ability to use various inputs to formulate strategies (X3), organization (X4) and vision (X2) could jointly predict the effectiveness of the school at 77.70% written in the following equations Forecasting equation in raw score = .760 + .558X3 + .071X4 + .054X2 Forecasting equation in standard score = .866 + .100 + .084</p> ER -
