The data in this qualitative study was collected by the document study, the interviews which included; 21 directors, teachers, parents and students from schools for the deaf in Mukdahan Province, the Director of Special Education of Mukdahan Province, 14 administrators from local administrative organization, Mukdahan province, and 12 people from the focus group. The study found that: 1) the problem in providing education for deaf children was the parents couldn’t access to the government helps since they were likely to have hearing problems. The children missed the benefits that they supposed to get, 2) the solution was to promote the proactive public relation in every schools for the deaf to provide the easier access for the parents, and 3) Ministry of Social Development and Human Security should coordinate with the schools for the deaf in Mukdahan province to give the children the opportunity to seek knowledge and ability to be equal to normal children.</p> ER -
