The samples were 318 students studying at Kasem Bundit University, academic year 2017. They were selecte through the Taro Yamane’s method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were percentage and mean. The correlation and regression were used to test the hypothesis with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. The results of the research were as follows; 1. The motivating factors affecting the decision-making towards the pursuit of studying at the undergraduate level to achievement and advancement is at the highest level. The acceptance, the job appearance and responsibility are at the high level. 2. The decision-making process towards the pursuit of studying at the undergraduate level related to problem recognition, behaviors of post-studying, searching information, decision making for studying and evaluation of alternatives were at the high level. 3. The motivating factors affecting the decision-making towards the pursuit of studying at the undergraduate level of working-age students were on the job appearance, responsibility and the acceptance.</p> ER -
