The sample groups in this research were 310 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument for collecting data was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The research findings were as follows: 1) Instructional leadership of school administrators was at a high level ("X" ̅ = 4.43), considering each aspect found that the goal and mission setting of the school was at the highest level ("X" ̅ = 4.61). 2) Teaching efficiency of teachers was at a high level ("X" ̅ = 4.39), considering each aspect found that the aspect of enthusiasm for teaching and learning was at the highest level ("X" ̅ = 4.56) and 3) Instructional leadership of School Administrators Affecting Teachers Teaching Efficiency were the supervision of teachers’ teaching and students’ progress, curriculum and teaching management, promoting the learning atmosphere and setting the goals and mission of the school. All of the variables predicted the teaching efficiency of teachers at statistically significant level of .05 with a forecasting power of 21.90 %.
