The samples were 30 Mathayomsueksa 3 students selected through the purposive sampling method at Wangnamkhiao Phitthaya School, Nakhon Ratchasima, during the first semester of academic year 2017. The instruments used were: 1) Learning English Reading Activities for Comprehension based on constructivism theory ( = 4.68 SD.= 0.48); 2) an English reading ability test (Reliability = 0.99), and 3) the attitude scale toward English (Reliability = 0.83). The obtained data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Samples). he research results were as follows; 1. The Learning English Reading Activities for Comprehension based on the constructivism theory of Matthayom Suksa 3 students linked with the constructivism theory appropriately effective, had an efficiency of 79.26/78.88. 2. The results of using Learning English Reading Activities for Comprehension based on the constructivism theory of Matthayom Suksa 3 students found that the students had higher scores on their English reading ability which was significantly higher than before studying at the of significant level of .05 with the attitude toward English at a high level.
