Although there are many international acting techniques, but actors must find ways to use appropriate acting techniques to approach, persist, and leave the characters emotions and emotional states when the show ends. Because some characters have experiences different from their actors, such as being violent, aggressive, or mentally prone to psychiatric disorders. Actors need to find techniques to approach, persist, and leave the charactersemotions and emotional states safely for their own physical and mental health. This article therefore presents the idea how to apply the four foundations of mindfulness which is the core of Buddhism as a technique to approach, persist, and leave the character emotions and emotional states with the scope of the practice period of 1 month by practicing mindfulness in four foundations, together with body, feeling, mind and Dharma.
