The research instruments were interviews and document-based data records by analyzing the data from the interview, and the study of information from documents. The content analysis was from interviews and study of documents to present as an essay. Then, all the data was analyzed in overall.</p><p>The findings revealed that: the school attached great importance to the curriculum and academic administration with systematic planning.&nbsp; As follows: 1) The administrators and related parties worked together to create an educational curriculum that had met the needs of student. The curriculum was up-to-date and consistent with the policy of the Ministry of Education. 2) The school organizes the activities to enhance skills that met the needs of student. 3) The school encouraged teachers to produce and exchange learning materials. There were promotion, support, and activities to respond to learning as a project and development of learning resources within the school. 4) The school encouraged teachers to get understanding of the assessment, assessment report, and usage the assessment results to develop students.</p> ER -
