It applies a Survey Research technique and Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data is mainly derived from a sample group of executive teams and teaching staff of the three selected universities: Dhurakij Pundit University, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Assumption University.</p><p>As for the results, the study reveals that desirable leadership is ranked highest with the mean of 3.96 followed by organizational management, organizational success, environmental management, and the use of innovation and technology, with a highly-ranking level at the mean of 3.94, 3.92, 3.91, and 3.85, respectively. In addition, the result of the structural model analysis is in accordance with the empirical data by allowing measurement errors in different variables associated with each other. It provides the value of Chi-Square (<img title="^{X^{^{2}}}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?^{X^{^{2}}}"> ) of 200.01 (P = 0.0), where df, GFI, RMSEA, RMR, CFI, and NFI are equivalent to 113, 0.95, 0.05, 0.01, 0.95, and 0.92, respectively.</p> ER -
