The sample group consisted of 377 small child development centers by simple random sampling, derived from the population of 19,192 child development centers. The determination of the sample size using the table of Krejcie &amp; Morgan. The data were taken from 3 persons in each center, consisting of 1 academic officer or academic education assistant, 1 head of a child development center, 1 child care teacher or child care assistant teacher totaling 1,131 participants. The research instrument employed for the data collection was the questionnaires. The data analysis used were mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results of the research revealed that: 1. The current conditions and problems of the early childhood education administration of the child development center found that the early childhood education administration of the child development center, by overall was at the moderate level (<img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}">= 3.49, S.D.=0.97), and the problems were at the moderate level (<img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}">= 2.58, S.D.=0.98). 2. The study of the guidelines for the early childhood educational development of the child development center according to the national early childhood development center standard 2018 were as follows: 2.1 The administration of the child center should allocated the budget in order to develop buildings and teachers, 2.2 Teachers / child cares should provide sufficient materials, do lesson plans, and supervise instructions, and 2.3 The quality of children should be promoted about health caring, assertiveness, interacting with others, thinking, and using languages.</p> ER -
