Because Local Administrative  Organization is an agency that is close to the people and is responsible for providing public services and taking care of people’s health in the area. How ever Local Administrative Organizations are unable to fully meet the needs of local people. This was due to the problem of human resources, budget, materials and management. Therefore, Buddhist methods should be applied to the administration of Local Administrative Organizations as follows: (1) Personnel development by personal change of personnel to be a person who is happy in the organization according to the principle of the Bhavana (2) Human development by modifying the behavior of personnel to be able to work together happily and have unity according to the principles of the Saraniyadhamma 6 and (3) Work development by modifying the feelings and behaviors of personnel in order to operate at full capacity and aiming for the same goal according to the principle of Four Iddhippada.
