The findings of research were as follows: 1. Chanda (aspiration) has the necessity and importance to private organization administration because it is the starting point for the person to have the satisfaction to the duty for responsibility and working hard and satisfy to get own development for using the knowledge to work and have the ambition to develop themselves both body and mind. The executives give the opportunity to participate for development and personnel has the satisfaction to have regular development and let everyone has the participation for working development and policy of organization and has the regular training both in and outside organization. 2. Viriya (effort) has the necessity and importance to private organizations administration as too, because this principle of King Rama IX that was the model and presented the royal story from Buddhist scripture names as Phramahachanok focus on people to have Viriya or principle of effort. The personnel has the awakening or activeness to working development always, training themselves to have the skill for working through learning more, search for knowledge about own efficient working, has the training for working development, to have more development continuously. 3. Chitta (thoughtfulness) has the necessity and importance to private organizations administration too, because the executives give the importance to working with Chitta which everyone must pay attention always. The private organization should promote to apply to use Iddhipada IV about Chitta for increasing more working potentials, to have the checking the personnel to have more own development regularly. When having the problem, should examine own mistakes for working development, to have the training to have the knowledge to support the working through studying from other sources for developing the organization and work with fully ability. 4. Vimangsa (investigation) has the necessity and importance to private organizations administration too, because executives give the importance for personnel development through working evaluation of personnel properly, has the working solution of personnel to have more development, to promote to have more knowledge and search for new methods to develop the personnel to work more efficiency and patience to the problem while working to use the own knowledge and ability to consider for working when getting the assignment by using the wisdom and search for the more efficient working method.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of MCU Social Science Review}, author={วรรณทอง ผดุง}, year={2018}, month={Jul.}, pages={99–110} }
