Stufflebeam’s presentation for evaluating the factors in aspects of context, inlet, process and production. The total population (299) used for evaluation consisted of: administrators (8), teachers (8), students (275) and the basic education commission (8). The students were from eight schools in Chiang Rai Province (275), schools (8) affiliated with the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), Ministry of Education from eight districts in Chiang Rai Province, The project was conducted from January to December 2020. The four instruments as questionnaires used for data collection consisted of factors in aspects of: 1) Environmental condition. 2) Inlets for administrators, teachers, students, and the basic education commission. 3) Process for teachers. 4) Production evaluation for students. The statistics used for data collection were average, percentage and content analysis. The results of evaluating factors that affected the development of the participatory learning on emergency medicine in academic institutions in areas of Chiang Rai Province were summarized as follows: 1. The total average at all aspects of participatory learning development on emergency medicine in academic institutions in Chiang Rai Province was at a high level, the inlet factor was at the highest level and the factor evaluation affected to development of the participatory learning on emergency medicine in academic institutions in areas of Chiang Rai Province was at successive level. 2. The total average of environmental condition factors was at high level and, when it was classified by item, it was found that the factors in aspects of administrators and teachers were ready and understanding of activity implementation. 3. The result of inlet factor evaluation under the Basic Education Commission, administrators and teachers’ opinions found that the total average was at the highest level and the average factor in aspect of receiving external budget support was at the highest level. 4. The results of total inlet factor in aspect of process under the Basic Education Commission, administrators and teachers’ opinions found that it was at the highest level in relation to factor responsible by everyone and implemented by assignment with one’s full ability. 5. The total result of evaluating factor in aspect of production under students’ opinions found that lessons on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) under students’ opinions was also at the highest level after by item consideration.</p> 2022-05-26T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Journal of Professional Routine to Research Intelligence Quotient and Emotional Quotient Affecting Body Mass Index Among School-Age Children: A Case Study of Nakhon Pathom Province 2021-11-08T08:05:03+07:00 Sarun Kunwittaya Khanokporn Donjdee Orapin Lertawasadatrakul Nanthanat Songsiri Winanda Deesawas <p>This study 1) measured the level of intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ), and body mass index (BMI) in school-age children 2) compared the intelligence quotient (IQ) and emotional quotient (EQ) in school-age children according to personal factors and 3) investigated the individual, family and social factors affecting body mass index in school-age children in Nakhon Pathom Province. A total of 266 children aged 6-11 years old were randomly selected in each classroom from three schools in urban areas of Nakhon Pathom Province in Thailand using the convenience method for selection. IQ scores were assessed using the fourth edition of the test of nonverbal intelligence (TONI-4), and emotional intelligence (EQ) assessed by the emotional intelligence assessment questionnaire for children aged 6-11 years old, Department of Mental Health (DMH), Ministry of Public Health, Thailand. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent Sample t-Test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression. The results showed that not more than 5% of parents had higher education level and 21.43% of the family and social status have a family income below 10,000 Thai Baht per month. Moreover, the parents’ education level is shown to impact BMI and IQ, while income status of family shows effects on EQ and IQ, also. However, individual factors, such as age in years, emotional quotient (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ) affected the body mass index in school-age children of urban areas of the Nakhon Pathom Province, Thailand (p&lt;0.05).</p> 2022-05-26T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Journal of Professional Routine to Research Selecting and Establishment of a Low-Incidence Hydronephrosis Wistar Rat (Mlac:WR) Colony at the National Laboratory Animal Center, Mahidol University, Thailand 2021-12-09T16:03:13+07:00 Pornrattana Chumanee Apisit Laosantisuk Pravet Thongsiri Wanlop Likitsuntornwong Panida Butrat Thanaporn Pinpart <p>This study established a low incidence hydronephrosis Wistar rat (Mlac:WR) colony at the National Laboratory Animal Center, Mahidol University, Thailand. Twenty Mlac:WR breeding pairs were randomized to determine the percentage of hydronephrosis in the original National Laboratory Animal Center colony. Hydronephrosis was discovered in 9.66% of the population. Breeder selection for breeding was carried out by using the progeny selection method, which selects offspring based on their characteristics, in combination with the breeding principle of maximum avoidance of inbreeding and the rotational mating system. Breeding pairs that produced hydronephrosis offspring were removed from the colony and replaced with offspring from other healthy breeding pairs within the same group in the next generation. The results from selection and breeding revealed that the incidence of hydronephrosis was 7.5% in the F0, decreasing to 1.07%-1.72% in the F2-F4, and 0.00% in the F5. However, the incidence of hydronephrosis was found at 0.49% in the F6-F7, decreasing to 0.00% in the F8, and was found again at 0.42%-1.02% in the F9-F10. This is because hydronephrosis traits are genetically linked and controlled by several genes. Therefore, it cannot be completely eliminated from the population.</p> 2022-05-26T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Journal of Professional Routine to Research Attitudes, Problems and Solving Guidelines for the Usage of Electronic Office System (e-Office) and the Application in Crisis Situations: The Case Study of Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi 2021-12-09T16:02:43+07:00 Wannaporn Ruttanagosoum <p>Sending and receiving the electronic office system (e-Office) is a frequently researched issue in routine work, but there are no compiled and applied recommendations that are proven concretely. This research 1) studied the attitudes of relevant personnel towards e-Office and usage problems of the e-Office, 2) studied the relationship between attitudes and problems of receiving and sending official letters through the e-Office as well as appropriate solution guidelines, and 3) applied the solution guidelines of the e-Office in crisis situations. The target research group was 50 academic and supporting personnel in the same affiliation. Voluntary self-recorded questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation (S.D.), and the sample differences were analyzed by using Independent t-test and One-way ANOVA. From the results of this research, the respondents had good attitude in receiving and sending official documents through the e-Office on average at a high level (<img title="x\bar{}" src="\bar{}" /> = 3.80, S.D. = 0.95). However, the problems and usage behaviors were shown at a moderate level ( <img title="x\bar{}" src="\bar{}" />= 2.96, S.D. = 1.05 and <img title="x\bar{}" src="\bar{}" />= 2.94, S.D. 1.04, respectively). When comparing the differences of factors, it was found that the personal result towards attitudes, seen problems, and behaviors were not statistically significant different (0.05) level. Moreover, applying the findings under critical circumstance, the percentage of personnel has responded and adopted usage of the e-Office system to send and receive official documents increased from 19.18% to 49.32% of personnel in the unit within five months.</p> 2022-05-26T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Journal of Professional Routine to Research Work-life Balance of Departmental Supportive Personal, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University 2021-12-17T09:45:31+07:00 Sirilug Chanapanchai Chertchavee Kittikulphan Pornrat Boonpetch Kamontip Jitoumpan <p>This research studied the opinions and compared the work-life balance of the department support staff at the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University. The study population was 69 department support staff of the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University, and 66 staff were recruited for the study group. A questionnaire was used for data collection, and the questionnaire was verified for content validity by three experts. The IOC score of the questionnaire was 0.67-1.00, and the reliability test score was 0.928. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test were used to analyzed the data at the significant level of 0.05. The result showed the work-life balance score of the department support staff at the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University was high. For details, the score of social integration or collaborations was the highest (3.94±0.60); the job description score was 3.85±0.49; potential development for carrier advancement was 3.70±0.63, and work-life balance was 3.51±0.58. While the salary/welfare score was medium at 3.25±0.67. The hypothesis test demonstrated that the personnel of the groups with different gender, age, education, work experience, and department did not have different opinions in work-life balance in the aspects of job description, salary/welfare, potential development for career advancement, social integration of collaborations, and overall. The executives in some organizations adjust the methods in human resource management according to the current environment and situation. Nowadays, information technology increasingly has an important role in daily life and work life in order to continue the activities with agility and cost reduction. Therefore, every organization needs the human resources to drive the organization with other resources to derive the greatest benefit. As mentioned above, the senior leaders must have vision, knowledge, capability, skill, and experience with human resource management with other resources and manage them to gain the highest value.</p> <p>People are one of the natural resources that has value to the organization. The executive must consider the administrative and management process to enhance the quality and effectiveness of human resources. This process begins with staff recruitment, job description and responsibilities, and is applied to put the right man on the right job in the current situation.
